Xiaomi Redmi Go Highlights
The design of Xiaomi Redmi Go is basic and simplistic. The display is just 5-inch which makes it a very compact and light device. One may feel more comfortable holding it in hand compared to the above 6-inch notch display phones. It can be considered an adequate design for those who would like to have a simple, casual and practical phone for day to day use. The display is of IPS HD quality and the colors are well-adjusted.
The battery is a 3000 mAh large one with up to 10 days of standby time. Smaller display and compact OS functionality may ensure a long backup. There is a 28 nm Snapdragon 425 chipset with 1 GB RAM and Adreno 308 GPU. It is the right choice for using small and light apps. YouTube may run much faster with the YouTube Go edition and 4G support. A lot of internet data can be saved as it will ask the user to select video quality (480p, 720p, 1080p etc.) and inform approximate data usage before playing a video. So, fast internet browsing, watching videos, using social media, messengers and useful apps should be pretty smooth. The well-balanced, optimized hardware and software indicates good service for the long-run as well.
Both front and back camera quality is decent during the daylight and it is a fine deal for the cost.
