Job Responsibilities
- Manage all construction work as per the projected time.
- Ensure quality of construction work and monitoring of all project activities
- To prepare material and cost estimation
- Identify the problem area and provide appropriate solution for all services.
- Develop work plan and follow up its execution and provide feedback to the reporting authority.
- Supervise and implement of safety precautions and take necessary actions to prevent accidents.
- Any other task as assigned by supervisor time to time

Educational Requirements
- Must have B.Sc/Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed Public University/Polytechnic Institute with minimum 05 (Five ) year working experience in similar position in a reputed national or multinational company.
- Skills Required: Civil Construction, Hard Working, Maintenance, Real Estate
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
construction, interior finishing, 3D Max, Able to work under pressure, Auto CAD Designing, Cost and budget, Estimating, Project Management - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Dyeing Factory, Engineering Firms, Garments, Group of Companies, Technical Infrastructure
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 32 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Must have the proper knowledge to understand the construction site drawing like Structural, Architectural, Plumbing and Electrical.
- Experience in construction of Factory Shed with Pre-Fab steel structure.
- Knowledge in Auto-CAD
- Proactive, Energetic, Self-Motivated
