Job Context
- Candidate should be complete his/her Diploma Degree from Government Polytechnic Institute.
Job Responsibilities
- To handle independently civil construction work of Agro Project.
- Carry out visits to the construction sites of the company and submit report to Departmental Head on their current status.
- Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
- Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
- Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
- Provide cost estimates for materials, equipment, or labor to determine a project's economic feasibility.
- To maintain liaison with the govt. agencies in connection with the construction / renovation in the project.
- Any other assignments given by the management time to time.

- Diploma Engineering in Civil Engineering. ( Govt. Polytechnic Institute.)

- 2 to 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years

- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Inspection Consultation & Structural Design, Civil Engineering.
- Proven working experience in civil engineering.
- Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc.
- Coordinating with Procurement Team and setting up guidelines for procuring quality materials.
- Prepare technical construction specifications, BOQ and as built drawings. Study the structural, architectural and other design/drawing pertinent to the project and execute construction works accordingly.
- Monitors contractor's compliance with QA/QC requirements as per local and international codes. Adhere to all Codes of Practice, design standards, and health, safety and environmental regulations project analysis and design.
- Should be proactive, smart, energetic, self -motivated, determined and tactful.
- Will be responsible all building construction & project work of the organization.
